Hi, I'm Natalie...
I’m a Healing and Embodiment Coach who supports men and women in regulating their nervous systems, reconnecting with their bodies, and rediscovering their inner wisdom.
I hold a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology & Life Coaching, I’m a certified Yoga Therapist, and I also have training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and somatic practices. But beyond the certifications, my work is deeply informed by lived experience—a personal healing journey that’s taught me the importance of listening to the body, creating emotional safety, and moving at my own pace.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all methods. I believe in relationship.
In every session, I hold space with presence, gentleness, and compassion. I view the coaching relationship as a co-creative process—one where we honor what’s coming up in your body, your story, and your nervous system without judgment.
You already hold the wisdom to heal. My role is to help you hear it again.
