Join Our Free Wednesday Healing Circles 

Held every other Wednesday, these healing circles are an invitation to step out of survival mode and into a more grounded, regulated relationship with your body, your emotions, and your inner world.

 

Together, we’ll explore healing through felt experience rather than fixing or forcing. These gatherings are designed to be slow, supportive, and human .

The healing circles are livestreamed and intentionally non-interactive. There’s no camera, no chat, and no speaking—just space to quietly experience somatic healing without being seen or asked to participate.

 

Each session will include:

  • Gentle grounding and nervous system regulation

  • Somatic awareness and body-based reflection

  • Guided practices to support emotional safety and self-connection

  • Space to notice, release, and integrate — at your own pace

 

You’re always welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

Sharing is optional. Presence is enough.

Themes We’ll Explore Throughout the Year

Each gathering will gently touch into themes such as:

  • Family systems & early relational patterns

  • Love, attachment, and emotional safety

  • Healing the fawn response

  • Working with fear and self-protection

  • Reclaiming the voice and self-expression

  • Coherence between body, mind, and heart

 

You don’t need prior experience with somatic work — just curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.
