Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Natalie, a Somatic Healing & Embodiment Coach.
I support body-based healing by working with the nervous system and creating safety in the body.
Somatic healing is different from traditional therapy. Rather than focusing on the thinking mind, we slow down and listen to the body - allowing it to reveal what’s ready to be seen, felt, and released.
Our work together is slow, intentional, and full of choice. Nothing is forced.
In our first sessions, we begin by creating safety in working together and within your body. From there, I gently guide you through body awareness and somatic mapping - following what your body is ready for, at your pace.
The foundation of this work is simple:

what to expect
Sessions are 60 minutes and held virtually. You’re welcome to lie down or remain seated - whatever feels most comfortable in your body.
We begin with a brief check-in, then gently move into body awareness. From there, we follow what your body is ready to show - at a pace that feels supportive to your nervous system.
Each session is guided by what arises in the moment. There’s nothing to force or figure out.
All sessions are held with a trauma-informed, body-led approach—honoring your pace, your boundaries, and your body’s innate sense of safety.
