Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Natalie, a Healing & Embodiment Coach. I promote body-based healing by helping you process and release stored tension, trauma, and emotional patterns through a deep mind-body connection. Using embodiment practices such as mindful movement, yoga, and body-centered therapies, I guide you toward emotional and psychological healing.

My intention is to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and embody your truth—so you can experience deeper emotional and mental well-being. At the heart of my work is love: creating safety in the body so it can heal, cultivating a loving partnership with yourself, and embracing absolute acceptance and forgiveness through love.

How does body-based healing work?

I know it can feel scary to connect with your body and process hard emotions. That’s why I create a safe, supportive space for you to move at your own pace. Unprocessed emotional pain often shows up in the body as physical pain or dis-ease. When those emotions are gently felt and released, the body returns to a natural state of harmony and ease.

 

I draw from a wide range of practices, and each session is tailored to meet you where you are. You won’t need every tool on this list—I’ll gently guide you toward the approaches that feel safe, supportive, and effective for your healing:
