Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Natalie, a Somatic Healing & Embodiment Coach. I support somatic, body-based healing by helping you release stored tension, emotional pain, and old survival patterns through a deep mind-body connection.

 

Through practices such as somatic integration, nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, fascia unwinding, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry, I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom so you can return to emotional and psychological wholeness.

 

My intention is to help you rebuild trust with your body, regulate your nervous system, and embody your truth—so you can experience deeper emotional balance, inner safety, and authentic well-being. At the heart of my work is love: creating safety in the body so it can heal, cultivating a compassionate partnership with yourself, and embracing gentle acceptance and forgiveness.

How Does Somatic, Body-Based Healing Work?

Connecting with your body can feel scary at first, especially when you’ve carried emotional pain for a long time. I create a safe, gentle space where you can move slowly, listen to your body, and feel supported every step of the way. All sessions are offered virtually, which helps your nervous system stay grounded, supported, and in a familiar environment. Each session is personalized for your nervous system. I work with a variety of somatic and embodiment tools and gently guide you toward the practices that feel supportive, safe, and aligned with your healing.

    (headaches, neck/shoulder pain, hip tension, gut issues, etc.)

  • Perimenopause or menopause changes affecting the nervous system
